Note: The overlay can be adjusted by varying the cup distance as noted above. Example: If you want a 16mm Overlay you can use a 0mm cranking hinge with either a 0mm plate & a cup distance of 3mm, or a 3mm plate with a cup distance of 6mm, both will result in a 16mm Overlay. Please keep in mind the max cup distance possible on the specific hinge you end up selecting. The Side Adjustment Screw on the Intermat Hinges will allow for an additional +1mm/-2.5mm of overlay adjustment if needed (Sensys allows for +2mm/-2mm). * The 110° hinges can be adjusted to 85° by using the opening angle limiters for Sensys and Intermat respectively. * Sensys arms require Sensys mounting plates, and Intermat arms require Intermat plates. They are not cross compatible.
